The latch release kit will depress the door latch allowing the door to unlatch and opened by the door opener in one smooth action. When the door is used manually, the door knob and latch function normally. This also allows the owner to keep the door knob locked but still be able to use the automatic feature to let visitors in. Kit Includes latch release, strike plate & screws, and air line tee to install. The Latch Release kit comes standard with the Original & Easy Gentleman.
